The market demand for bulk bag products is enormous, and their development prospects are incredibly promising. These products are categorized into two types based on the contents: loose goods and small-packaged items. In terms of shape, they come in round, square, and U-shaped designs. As for lifting structures, they can be top-suspended, side-suspended, or bottom-suspended. Lightweight and space-saving, these bags make them a popular choice for many consumers—so how should you properly store and use them?
Under direct sunlight, the bag's strength will drop to 25 tons within one week and further decrease to 40 tons after two weeks. Therefore, bulk bags should be stored in a cool, shaded room, and transportation should avoid exposure to both sunlight and rain. Additionally, they should not be kept near heat sources, and their storage period should not exceed 18 months. In fact, bags may begin to degrade after 18 months, so it’s best to minimize storage time—ideally using the bags within 12 months.
If the bulk bags are filled with granular or bulky materials, pay attention to this: these items can shift easily. As long as the bottom isn’t secured, the bag may tilt to one side. That’s why, when loading products, you must carefully arrange the bags at the bottom—stacking them in a crisscross pattern, with two or three rows aligned precisely in the same spot—to ensure the full bags don’t tip over or even fall off.
