(2) Instructions for the FIBC Process:
This invention uses polypropylene as the primary raw material. After incorporating a small amount of a stabilizing and uniforming agent, the mixture is melted and extruded into plastic film via an extruder, then cut into fibers and subsequently stretched. The resulting high-strength, low-elongation PP filaments are heat-set to create robust base fabric for plastic woven bags. Finally, this base fabric is processed through weaving and laminating to produce the foundation material, which is then sewn together with straps and other accessories to form space bags.
