Container bags come in white and gray, and they are non-toxic and odorless. Relatively speaking, they pose minimal harm to the body. Although chemical plastics have a wide range of chemical properties, it’s undeniable that they are environmentally friendly and are now experiencing a strong recovery.
Bulk bags are widely used for the assembly and packaging of various goods, with extensive applications in the industrial and chemical sectors. This method involves extruding polypropylene resin, drawing it into flat fibers, reweaving the fibers into a fabric, and finally packaging the material. The composite bulk bags are made from woven plastic fabric and are produced using a casting process for reinforcement. Bulk bags are classified by their sewing methods into types such as bottom-seam bags, bottom bags, bag-to-bag configurations, and stitched bags. The primary materials for plastic bulk bags include polypropylene and polyethylene varieties, while they can also be categorized based on sewing techniques—either as bottom-seam bags or fully stitched bags. Today, these bags are commonly employed as packaging materials for products like fertilizers and chemicals. Their production process typically begins with extruding plastic raw materials into thin films, followed by uniaxial stretching to form flat fibers. These fibers are then woven into a durable fabric, which is subsequently processed into the final bulk bag product.
FIBC bags, primarily made from polypropylene and polyethylene sacks as their main materials, can be classified into two types based on their sewing method: bottom-sewn bags and side-sewn bags. These bags are widely used as packaging materials for quick-loading applications, as well as for fertilizers, cement, rice, and chemical products. To evaluate the aging resistance of FIBC bags, both accelerated aging tests conducted under controlled laboratory conditions and outdoor weathering tests exposing the bags to real-world environmental factors—such as sunlight, oxygen, heat, and moisture—are performed. In these tests, samples are placed on an experimental bench where they are simultaneously or alternately exposed to these environmental elements. This method ensures that key environmental parameters remain consistently stable, leading to highly reproducible test results.
